In Toy Story 3 Rex accidentally switches Buzz into a Spanish Mode. For the period of time, Buzz speaks perfect Spanish - or as Buzz would say: Español. He again thought he was the real Buzz Lightyear like in Toy Story.
The Spanish Buzz has another voice actor.
